What We Do

Crew Power is a grassroots pro-labor organization. Our goal is to empower airline flight attendants to gain the improved pay, better work rules, and increased job security that comes with joining a union. 

While there is still much work to be done on our end, the largest flight attendant union has already made incredible strides toward improving the lives of flight attendants throughout the industry.
